How We Help...
CONNECT
We want to hear your story!
If you are looking for support or assistance, please reach out to the Hub. We want to listen, to learn your story, to hear about your need and your goals to move forward, and then assist you as best we can. Our approach is to get to know you as a person, to help figure out what is needed for you and your family, and then connect with the right resources in our community.
If you live in the Warwick School District, and need help with resources, whether assistance with housing, energy costs, food, or other physical needs, please call the Hub or fill out the contact form below.
EMPOWER
We help you gain resources and education for self-sustainability.
When you connect with the Hub, our goal is to work with you to ensure you have the resources to make sure that your basic needs of self-sustainability (food, mental health resources, safe housing, financial/job/poverty education) are met. We will also walk alongside you to work toward your goals to move toward the stable future that you want.
We believe in the power of relationships and that we are not made to navigate life alone.
RESTORE
We have hope for the future.
We believe that each person is created by God with deep significant value and a future story. Our "why" comes from the importance of caring for our community in practical ways as modeled by the life of Jesus.
No person experiencing a lack of resources will ever be refused services because of their beliefs, lifestyle, physical attributes, or views.*
We fully believe that every person in the Warwick School District should have access to safe housing, food, connection, and ultimately the hope that comes through faith in Jesus Christ.
